Questions we hear a lot

When should I seek therapy?
You don’t need to be in crisis. Therapy is for anyone experiencing stress, difficult emotions, relationship strain, or life transitions — or anyone who simply wants to understand themselves better. If something is bothering you, that’s reason enough.
Will I be judged or labelled?
Never. Our therapists are trained to create a non-judgmental, accepting space. Seeking help is a sign of self-awareness, not weakness — and no one at PSYCHLINE.IN will ever treat it otherwise.
Is online therapy actually effective?
Yes. Research consistently shows that online therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person sessions for most concerns. It also removes barriers like commute, scheduling, and stigma — making it easier to show up consistently.
How much does a session cost?
Each 50-minute session is ₹2000. If you need financial assistance, reach out to us on WhatsApp or at contact@psychline.in and we’ll do our best to help.
Will my information stay private?
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice and a legal obligation. What you share stays between you and your therapist. The only exceptions are narrow legal requirements — risk to self or others — which your therapist will explain upfront.
Who will my therapist be?
We assign a therapist once your appointment is confirmed. All therapists on our platform hold at least a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling and have been carefully screened. You can meet the team at the link below.
