
About the Workshop
PsychLine.in is offering a workshop on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which will help you master the cognitive model, learn to conduct effective assessments and case conceptualizations, structure productive therapy sessions, and implement core cognitive and behavioral interventions. This workshop features live demonstrations, role-play exercises, and practical tools you can use immediately in your practice.
What You’ll Learn: You will gain foundational CBT knowledge to integrate evidence-based techniques, along with the confidence and skills to deliver effective, structured therapy that produces real results for clients with anxiety, depression, and other common mental health challenges
Participants will receive an e-certificate within 2 days of completion of the workshop after filling out a feedback form.

About the facilitator
Dr. Niharika Thakkar is the founder of PsychLine.in. She is a therapist and behavioral scientist by profession as well as by passion. She currently lives in New York, holds a Ph.D. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Leiden University in the Netherlands, but is most prominently known for her passion for mental health awareness and her commitment to breaking the stigma around mental health care in India.
