Online Workshop: Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Online Workshop: Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
About the Workshop

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) has the client at the center, keeping their preferred future as the main and immediate goal of therapy as it progresses. The key aim of this therapy is to focus on solutions rather than the problem. This is done by bringing to light what the client wants from the sessions, how life would change if the problem is solved, and what are they already successful at. This two day online workshop will focus on how to plan SFBT sessions, introducing miracle, scaling, and coping questions, while using the self-change model to explain how to draft a preferred future for the client. The workshop will include case examples, resources, and activities to provide better insight. After completing this workshop, you will feel equipped to start using SFBT, with practice. Participants will receive an e-certificate upon completion of the workshop and filling out the feedback form within 2 days of the workshop.
