Online Workshop: Thematic Apperception Test

Online Workshop: Thematic Apperception Test
About the Workshop

One of the most widely known and used storytelling techniques is the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), a kind of projective technique in Psychology. It was developed by Morgan and Murray (1935) where the content of imagined stories would provide clues to the underlying dynamics of an individual’s interpersonal relationships and self-attitudes. This 2-day workshop presents the history, conceptual understanding of projective techniques, administration, scoring, and interpretation of the Indian modified version of the TAT (Chowdhury, 1960). TAT cannot be used to diagnose mental health concerns, however, after this workshop you will feel ready to use TAT with a combination of other scales for psychometric assessment and therapy, with practice. Participants will receive an e-certificate upon completion of the workshop within 2 days after filling out a feedback form upon completion of the workshop.
