About the Workshop
PsychLine.in is offering a workshop on Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful theory of personality, communication, and change. This workshop will equip you to understand ego states, identify dysfunctional interpersonal patterns, and apply TA concepts like strokes, life scripts, games, and contracts to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client insight.
You will gain foundational knowledge of TA to:
- Understand and apply the Parent–Adult–Child ego state model
- Decode recurring transactional patterns and relational dynamics
- Identify and reframe life scripts and psychological games
- Use contracts to structure therapeutic goals and enhance client commitment
- Empower clients to shift toward autonomy, awareness, and intimacy
Through live demonstrations, interactive role-plays, and real-world clinical examples, you’ll learn to use TA to facilitate deeper emotional awareness, improve communication, and promote lasting behavior change in individuals and couples alike. Participants will receive an e-certificate within 2 days of completion of the workshop after filling out a feedback form.

About the facilitator
Saachi Arora is licensed through the Rehabilitation Council of India to practice as a Clinical Psychologist. She completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences, New Delhi, an Msc (Clinical Psychology) from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BA (Psychology) from Mumbai University. She has been trained in various domains of psychological assessments and interventions and has attained certifications to practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Graphologist, Dream Analyst, CBT/REBT therapist, and Trauma-focused therapist.
